Privacy policy

Who is responsible

Truly sport, Liefkenshoek 4, the Netherlands, is responsible for the personal data processed by WattGames. A gym that adds members or enters names during a race decides itself whose data it enters, and must be allowed to do so.

What we collect

We do not collect heart rate, location or card details. The app uses Bluetooth only to connect to fitness machines.

Why we use it

We do not sell your data, show ads, or use tracking or analytics.

Who can see it

Services we use

Some of these companies are based outside the EU. Where data leaves the EU, they use the safeguards the GDPR requires.

How long we keep it

When you delete your account, your account and results are removed. If you are the only owner of a company, that company, its logo, its guest results and its videos are removed too, and its subscription stops. Other members keep their own accounts and results.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use tracking cookies. Your browser stores your login, language, game settings and local results on your device, which the Service needs in order to work.

Your rights

You can see and change your details in your account, and delete your account yourself. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct, limit or erase it, and you can object to how we use it. Write to us at the address below. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Children

The Service is meant for people aged 16 and over. Younger children may only be entered by a gym with permission from a parent or guardian.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will show the new date here.
